Happiness Through Kindness (About Us)

Is it possible to imagine a world in which everyone shows kindness to each other?
Is kindness something we can learn? What can we do to become more kind?

If we act in a kind way, it may seem that we are putting someone else’s happiness ahead of ours, but in practice it doesn’t work that way.
Being kind invariably feels good, lifts our own spirits, and nourishes us in ways that we don’t always acknowledge.
Everyone benefits.

‘What goes around comes around’. So, just be polite and kind in your behavior and the same will come back to you. Being kind to self is equally important as being kind to others. Don’t be harsh to yourself and give space to the trivial mistakes in life. As, we only learn by committing mistakes. Learn from the experience and move ahead in the positive direction.

Kindly join the army of kinds with this pledge:

As a kind person, I am loving, caring, compassionate, empathetic and generous to all creatures.
I am considerate and always think about how my conduct affects others.
I care how others feel and I am giving and forgiving.
As a kind person, I do good deeds and help others without the thought of reward.

Kindly share and reblog us to help us spread this movement because A Small act of kindness can bring smile on million faces.

I join with you in uplifting and inspiring. There is just not enough kindness in this world, and if we all made an effort to make ONE random act of kindness each day, that will affect this world with a huge impact. Bless you for what you are doing here. Keep on shining, and don’t quit, no matter how tough it gets. (((HUGS))) Amy

  6. Acts of kindness flow in the great circle of Life like a river and always return to the point from which they were launched by the inner light of whoever did the act of kindness in the first place. Some people call this Kharma. I call it one of the blessings of this gift we all call “Life.”

I recently wrote about kindness and compassion on my blog https://brownbreadforthesoul.wordpress.com/2015/06/03/good-morning-kindness/ and https://brownbreadforthesoul.wordpress.com/2015/06/04/good-morning-compassion/. At the time I was having challenges with one person who was in a position of authority over me and another who was a friend, but who had some annoying habits. I also have a friend who is going through a tough time with her own boss. After much angst and crying out to God, I realized that instead of hitting back when those people were mean or did annoying things, that I should respond with kindness and compassion. I thought of starting a kindness project. Question, is it easier to be kind and demonstrate those random acts of kindness to strangers than to those who are around us everyday bugging the living daylights out of us?

Dear, everyone needs and deserves kindness. Those who lost the way are not wanderers, one day they will reach home. So we must lighten there way with simple acts of kindness so that they can realize the importance of the same. My friend understand…. Misunderstandings develops from both sides but can be resolved from either sides. So be the one to fill the gap. Help the world understand the magic of kindness and compassion.
